�����䴡�Ұ�—November 21, 2025—Jonathan Ozeran, an accomplished technology executive and pioneer in the application of artificial intelligence in healthcare, has been elected to the Illinois Institute of Technology (��ñ��) Board of Trustees.

As vice president of generative AI at Tempus, a technology company advancing precision medicine through AI, Ozeran has helped usher in an era of data-powered healthcare designed to better support patients and providers.

At Tempus, Ozeran leads the company’s strategy and deployment of applied and generative AI across multiple disease areas and oversees the commercialization and scaling of its AI-driven clinical tools. He has supported the company as it advanced from an early-stage startup to a leading health technology enterprise with more than 4,000 employees.

Ozeran launched the Tempus One AI assistant, guided the development of multimodal data platforms, and established partnerships with major pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, and academic medical centers.

Before joining Tempus, Ozeran held product and technology leadership roles across media, enterprise mobility, human capital technology, and digital health. He was part of the founding engineering and product team at Yello, helping scale the platform through multiple funding rounds, and previously served in leadership roles at Tribune Interactive, Lextech, and Zest Health, a 7wire Ventures and Lightbank-backed startup later acquired by Virgin Pulse.

A dedicated advocate for Chicago’s technology community, Ozeran serves on advisory boards, mentors startup founders, and judges university competitions such as the University of Chicago New Venture Challenge. He is also an active member of the Economic Club of Chicago, where he chairs the Technology, Science & Innovation Membership Subcommittee.

Ozeran earned a master’s in computer information systems from Northwestern University and a bachelor’s in political science from the University of Michigan. He also serves on the Board of Advisors for ��ñ��’s College of Computing.
