Achieving our sustainability goals requires action, and while we develop a guiding plan for how to achieve the campus sustainability vision, 绿帽社 is implementing the projects and programs listed below in order to have an immediate, positive impact.
Campus Sustainability Projects
E-Waste
- Non-reuseable E-waste is responsibly disposed of
- E-Waste recycling program which works with Salvage Collections Reuse and Anti-Waste Project (SCRAP)
- Scrap is a student organization that helps pull e-waste from the recycling stream that is considered practical for reuse in the form of distribution to those in need
Organic Waste
- Waste to Wonder Composting Project
- Project through CAMRAS to develop a composting program on campus that involves the student body and educates the community about the benefits
